BOOKING POLICIES

READ BEFORE BOOKING 

There will be a 10 mins grace period, after 10 mins a late fee will be added to the service. 

If more than 30 mins late your appointment will automatically be cancel.

• No extra guess unless approve

• nonrefundable security deposit will be collected within 1 hour after booking to secure your appointment.( no deposit no appointment)

• I do not work over other people work so please come with bare hands or add soak off to your service while booking, failure to do so clients will be refused service and will not be refunded for their security deposit. 

• Please be sure to select exactly what you want along with all add ons you may want, no add on can be added the day of the appointment. It will take away time for my next client.

CANCELLATION POLICIES 

Clients have 24 hours after booking to cancel failure to do so you will not be refunded your deposit for the service. If cancel within 24 hours clients  will not be charged to reschedule. All deposit comes out of the total of the service once service is performed, if customer cancel no refunds on security deposit. Any no call no shows clients will not be able to book without approval, and will have to pay full price up front for there service.​
